Elite was established in Bolton in 1953, manufacturing commercial and domestic greenhouses. Through three generations it remains a family-owned and managed business, delivering greenhouses to the UK and worldwide markets. 

It is one of the largest domestic greenhouse manufacturers in the UK and all the greenhouses are designed by the company and made in their expansive and modern factory complex in Bolton. The company manufacture a vast range of free-standing and lean-to greenhouses in various widths and unlimited lengths. They are produced in high-quality aluminium and are available in standard mill finish or can be powder-coated in one of 10 colours. 

The greenhouses can be glazed in either standard horticultural glass, toughened safety glass or polycarbonates. A large number of accessories are available to suit all models and these are nationally available through a network of garden centres and specialist distributors. Elite’s Min-E-Lite range is available in three sizes – 4’5”x 2’4”, 6’5” x 2’4” and 8’5” x 2’4”. 

They are made from top quality extruded aluminium that is strong and lightweight. They are available in 10 powder-coated colours or standard aluminium. They have built-in gutters to collect rainwater and are glazed with toughened safety glass for extra safety.
